All orders are processed within 5- 14 working days.  During the holidays may be delayed due to a large volume of orders. We will notify you of a change in delivery times.

The deliveries are sent door-to-door service so deliveries are possible addresses that can be coordinated by phone and delivered manually to the customer.

Upon delivery of the shipment, we will send you a delivery notice and tracking number

Unison Art is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

• Damages

Customize the following: Unison Art is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.

 Despite all of the above Unison Art ensures the shipments and will make every effort to obtain compensation from the insurance company and repair the damages.
